I have tried to look up re extra for stupid appeal - an article in the Sun dated Dec 2017 all about length of bans etc says"But if the FA rule a club has lodged a 'frivolous' appeal, a three-game ban can be increased to four." On a related but different point the camerawork for the game yesterday on lutv was appalling. I paid over $6 for some teenager with his phone to zoom in on the corner flag for minutes at a time. I have been saying since early this season that our greatest need is not a center-forward, not even a left-back, but a dominant, ball-winning, midfielder. The Vieira injury and the O'Kane ban just reinforce that point. We get overrun in midfield by average teams. Couldn't agree more with the Eddie Gray comment. I call it the Eddie Gray jinx.
