Re: Legacy site

2009-12-21 Thread curt george
Hello and good morning.
I understand what it is to need to make more money, but It would be a sad day,
if you were in that much need that you would need to sell your tools to pay
bills... Isn't there any way that you could use your tools to make some more
income? I mean if you find some kind of nitch that needs to be filled? I know
the Mike makes a very good living selling parts that he has made on his
wood-chuck. If nothing else you always can have a garage sale, or hit the flee
markets/craft shows to sell your goods?Perhaps you could offer your services to
a furniture restoration services to take there parts and add details, like
roping, fluting... stuff like that.
If the very worst case, wasn't someone with in this group asking to buy a REVO
lately?
I hope that no matter what happens. Everything will turn out Ok for you Radman.
Good luck and God Bless.

I've got so little time that I've not been able to use my REVO in months.
Sadly, I may be selling it due to economic conditions in our household.

Would anyone be willing to take over the Legacy section of my site? I
haven't had the time to post the new things members have come up with. It can
be moved to your site or left on mine.

radman,
I am sorry to hear about the finincial situation. There are many
folks looking for alternatives right now. I am new to this group and
have a 900/Standard CNC and am interested in something where I can do
things by hand. I do enjoy turning pens! If for some reason you do
decide to sell your REVO please contact me. I hope things turn around
for all and Merry Christmas and Gods Blessings on all!

 Hello Art
You have had a great impact on a lot of people with the things you keep
on your site.  If it means loosing this resource, I will take it over
from you if we can keep everything where it is.  There are quite a few
people that have things bookmarked and need to be able to reference this
information.  I really don't have the time but will do it as a last
resort.  If anyone else would like to take it, Hats off and hand-off to
them.  Please, some one with the desire step up and help the group.  I
am the safety shoot here, not the volunteer.
