Hi Curt
 I will take a picture of the Revo desk top set -up and post it for all to 
see and remark on ?? and what the large drawer can hold.
Yes plates of ply on a shaft is a good idea, save on the scroll saw work, 
---don't know why I bought it???

Re: bench top Wood Chuck mill

Yes
 The old Woodchuck,, same as the one I had ,except mine had legs ( and I 
put castors on ) also mine had a different set of risers -just 
threaded rod same as on the carriage and the leadscrew nut was a hinge type 
and the one shown in the pic is the same as my Revo one, much better.
