Re: Parts from a "new" model 1800

2020-08-17 Thread 'Curt George' via Legacy Ornamental Mills
 Thanks Tracy for the Offer.
I for one always have a want for more parts. but at this time I just don't have
any place to put them. And sadly I don't have any projects started where I
could use them. ;-(  So I guess that means I am out,on your offer. Thank
you.Hopefully someone out there will be able to take you up on your offer?
Having said that, I (Perhaps this Christmas) would like to try to make my own
minni Legacy (something con-paired to the model 200 in size, but with a Y axis.
And a normal Legacy sized, gear settings.) but at this min, the idea is only in
my head,
Im so far behind on my projects... I have to do one thing at a time, If I get
ahead of my self, then nothing will get done...
If your parts done sell, then perhaps this Christmas I should be ready for,
what-ever is left...
Have a good night.C.A.G.

I know parts are hard to get which is why I've bought multiple machines over

So my question to the group is does anyone have interest in- the Motor, control
box and switches- Standard gear set- .25X gear set- 2X gear set- Drive gears-
Vinyl dust shield
Or any other part of an 1800 that would not be considered part of the frame?
If you do, please just private message me.  If I can part out the machine, that
could be an option for me since my friend is likely to take the frame.
Thanks,Tracy

Hello,

I'm a new member. I've been reading along for several week. I own and 800 and
am in the process of purchasing a 1200. I am in the process of setting up shop
in a new garage and have not had time to do much work with the LOMs as yet.
I'll be looking to purchase some accessories as I learn how I want to use the
machines. I live in the Baltimore, MD area and wood appreciate being contacted
by other LOM owners nearby.
