Re: mill for sale

2020-12-13 Thread 'Curt George' via Legacy Ornamental Mills
 Nice find Bill
for the price it looks, very nice. The 1000ex is the base unit that I own. With
a  turn table and the mill$850.00 is a pretty good deal.It should be noted,
that the 1000ex has a MT2 tailstock, so it can take a number of different lathe
tail piece. (something the newer machine can not do.) It also has the plastic
bushings in the headstock, (the newer machines had ball bearings.) not a big
deal that is unless you plan to turn Large turnings and or put a high speed
motor on the headstock.

there is a mill on ebay $850 don’t know if you all have seen it I cant see any
extras accept a rotary table.

Re: Code Used for the Legacy CNC Upgrade Kit

2020-12-13 Thread Katherine Bruinooge
Hi I was also wondering if there was a manual or instruction sheet for
setup of the cnc upgrade kit that came with it?

maybe there might be some tips tricks that could save me a boatload of time
or bend a couple of bits!

Gonna have a couple of questions soon I got the axis motors all jogging and
tightened some bolts from the shipping vibration.
Looking forward to figuring out how to work it
