   Use a copy of the profile(any profile at all) and enlarge it until it is 
the size of actual profile, glue it to cardboard, cut it out and you’ll have a

line.  As for the design kit, go for it! if you have a laser and can cut
them then do it! we give the DXF patterns of all the bits on our website as
a FREE download to anyone that wants to download them.
