It is with multiple languages and you can give family members access to 
work on the family tree.

They use Gedcom.

I am thinking of making a purchase of Legacy software but I
have  a question first.  Does this program have the
capability of being installed on a website so individual
members of the family can can log in and add their
information and the results of their research?

I have many cousins who live all over the country and each
seems to have quite of bit of information on the various
branches of the family.  It seems that this sort of
arrangement would be the easiest method of creating this
particular family genealogy.
