[LegacyUG] Family Group Report a again (Printing)
There is a BUG REPORT on them already. Have gone around Parent Child Relationship by deleting them. Added them to Child Status a nice side effect is that they shown on the Family View screen which is nice. Since the 118 up date this is the first time we have started to work on FGR for a Family Rreunion. MRIN # are now carrying over & printing on wrong people. We have also had divorce to do the same thing a few times. Is there a way to turn OFF MRIN # on this report. I only see RIN/MRIN to check we want the RIN # on the report. [LegacyUG] Re: Moving from a DOS Program to Legacy
Help: We inherited a DOS format (Family History System written by Phillip E Brown). It is a family history started in 1988 by brother and mother. After they passed on my brothers widow sent it to us (abt 1900 individuals abt 500 families). Does any one know a program to convert or some company that could convert it to load it into Legacy. Finally sorted out for medical notes. But it does not show the medical notes on the preview before printing. I have not been able to firgure out how to do that. Walt

I kind of thought it might been the relationship problem. Is not printing correctly on some reports. FAMILY GROUP: Mother - Father - Daughter - Bio-mother & Step-father correct Daughter - Husband - Bio-mother & Step-father correct Daughter's - married son - shows Bio-mother & Step-father wrong Daughter's - married daughter prints correctly Daughters - unmarried son show Bio-mother & Step-father for him & his non existent wife Descenents Book Report prints correctly. Hi Cathy You are correct, however since the last update they do not print out correctly on the Family Group Report. It carries the Child-Parent Relationship forward to their children. [LegacyUG] SMARTSOUND QUICKTRACKS PLUGIN
I have a cousin who just bought the download for 6.0 Deluxe because we use it and he wanted to be using same program. He is not a LUG yet. When he tries to open Legacy it wants him to down load the above program. He declines and then it has a hard time opening Legacy. I need help to help him. Thanks Walt

Ww have been gone for a week. Got back and had 100's of Email about release 107, 108 109, now 110. We are new to this is it now says to down load 110. [LegacyUG] Auto Resize Fonts
Seems to work every where except notes for Birth, Chr, Died ,Buried and Marriage. Options - Customize - Stretch Fonts when resizing is check. I have used the zoom feature on each one and each is checked automatic. Click the OK and the page resizes. Have I missed setting something or is it a bug. We are using 6.0 Deluxe with the updates.
