If so the Location Index will always be on an Odd numbered page with a blank before it if necessary. There is a recorded problem with printing and the Title page being on the back of the last Index page. The work around is to create a preview first then use the print button on the preview screen. I just tried printing a very small book in the duplex mode (double-sided printing) Pages were printed double-sided in this order: Chapter One printed as pages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Chapter Two prints on page 6 Source Citations prints on page 7 Bibliography prints on page 8 Name Index prints on page 9 Nothing prints on page 10 Location Index prints on page11 Title Page prints on the back of page 11 iwth no page number Table of Contents prints on it's on page with no page number My questions are: Why the blank page 10?
