In my V7 Deluxe, From the top toolbar, Select Reports > All Reports 
(Books and others), at the bottom left of the box that opens select 
the button labeled Forms Center, click on the "+" to the left of 
Census Forms.

Try this.  First click on the Reports icon.  One of the tabs will be
Books/Other.  Select it.  At the bottom left, you'll see Forms Center.
Select it.  CENSUS forms dhoe up on the next screen.

Works for me - I'm using V7.0

Am needing a nudge in the right direction to find the blank census forms 
that can be printed out.  I've found the CENSUS FORMS heading in the 
Help topics and it tells me where to find it.however I find no such 
path in my v7 Deluxe...  The instructions are :

Auxilliary Reports, Publishing Center, Legacy Charting and Go To Last 
Report.  The first selection, REPORTS MENU still has no CENSUS FORMS 
within it, you are on an individual page, not a forms page.
