[LegacyUG] Finding those common to a source
If I assign a common source to multiple individuals can I then do a search to find out all those individuals that share that source? Yes, you can. Go to View, Master Sources, Click (highlight) the Master Source, then click on Show List (right side of window) This will show all the people who have this source somewhere in their personal data. John, Yes. Go to View/Master Lists/Source and highlight the source you are interested in. Then click on Show List to the right. Bingo. Nancy With the Show List screen open, on the right of that screen the 4th button from the top is the Print button. I have a Print button to click on that allows me to send it to my printer or create a PDF. I have deluxe with all the latest stuff. Is this not available in the standard version?
