In the past, similar stuff has happened. Download the whole program, (as a
Standard).
If you wrote or kept the long password to change to Deluxe, it will work. If
not, call customer support (or e-mail) and they will resend your code number.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Reinstalling Legacy 7.0

Hello Users,

I had major computer problems yesterday and evidently several Legacy files were
deleted.  I am now being prompted to reinstall Legacy 7.0, but when I go to the
Legacy site, it looks like I have to purchase this version again to download.
Or - is there a workaround on this?

Please advise, and thanks in advance.

Not at all, Diane.

Download and install the Standard version from Legacy and then go to the Help
drop-down and enter your Delux number. If you have lost this during your
problems, email Legacy Sales and they will send it to you.

Diane,
I believe all you need to reinstall it is to know youf customer number from
when you purchased Legacy. Either in the email when you purchased it, or
easiest way if Legacy is still working is to look at Help > General
Information tab.

Then download the current version from Legacy's website, and after
installing the free version, just enter the customer number, and you'll be
back at Deluxe level. At lea
