Re: [LegacyUG] Return Receipts
I agree that I was a bit behind it's difficult to keep up with such a high volume of eMail as I get here. However, I'm on several list that requite one to send in Plain Text and this is how I have my eMail set and it works. And I get to use html also. I'm know there's various ways of getting eMail to send plain or html but what I'd explained is most versatile for me. Re: [LegacyUG] Return Receipts
Good advice but if you are like me - Legacy Forum is a very small percentage of my contacts. When posting to Legacy, just before sending in Outlook Express, I prefer to click Format, then Plain Text' - that way it leaves my normal email in Rich Text for all my other contacts. Cheers, Boris We should always post to Legacy in plain text regardless whether | originating or replying. | | Richard Van Wasshnova | Seal Beach, CA -- I am using the free version of SPAMfighter for private users. Go to Tools, Options, Mail Format, on the line that says Compose in this Message Format. Change to plain text on the box that is colored. See if that helps.
