There is no "correct" way of doing this, I have previously said that I am a
lumper so I have only one Master Source for directories.
I would create Occupation Events for the individuals and link them to the
Directory Master Source amd include the name of the directory and other
details pertaining to it eg date of publication, page number etc. in the
details.
As with many things the best way is to work out a system with which you are
happy then stick to it.
