My point was that the person using V4 and having problems with 'current' photos may be using some types that were not 'created' until afterwards. Thanks for the info. I hope it helps the person. Jeff, I know that you have indicated that you have plenty of memory available on your PC. however, I am less than certain that this is the only criteria. I have noticed many times that when I have large size pictures attached to sources Legacy does not always show them but if I reduce their size then they do. When this starts to happen I batch reduce the size of the larger pictures. I also only use .jpg - in case you are not aware Legacy is not too happy with .jpeg. Susan and Sherry, It seems odd to me that one page of a two-page document would have that LZW compression and the other wouldn't. (I have several examples of Legacy recognizing one page but not the other.) I certainly didn't change any important settings in between, when I copied them from the microfilm. IMHO, some of the current types of photos, (jpg, bmp, etc.) may not be recognized by the program L4 which came out a few years ago. (date unknown). Jeff, It sounds like you have TIF files with LZW compression. Legacy v4 won't recognize those (patent issues) but v6 will. Thanks for using Legacy.
