Rita et al: Someone just emailed me with the solution. Highlight the word or sentence(s), right click on your mouse. You will see a pop up screen. Choose copy etc. Then put you pointer where you want to copy the text; right click the mouse; choose paste. That's it!! Mike, If you wish to copy an event including all fields and notes that you had just entered for another person, then add a new event for the person, and just use the "Repeat" button with your cursor placed in each field and it will copy the same info in the field as had been placed in the last event previously opened. Hi, there may be other ways to do this but this is how I do the copy & paste. 1. select the word or words you want to copy, right click the mouse and scroll over the words to highlight them, now place the pointer over the highlighted words and left click the mouse and select the word copy. If you no longer want the highlighted words in the sentence you can hit the backspace button on your keyboard. 2. Select where you wanted the copied words moved to and place the pointer there and right click the mouse, now leftclick the mouse and select paste.
