Any ideas? Brian (the one in CA) On the Add Event screen on the right, under that list of buttons (Save, Cancel, etc.) are two little icons. If you mouse-over those, you'll find that they Copy Event to Clipboard and Paste Event from Clipboard. :-) Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyfamilytree.com/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp

Try using the Repeat button on the event screen. It will copy the previous event's text. -Original Message- From: k...@legacyfamilytree.com [mailto:k...@legacyfamilytree.com] On Behalf Of Brian L. Re: [LegacyUG] Is it possible to COPY an event?
And if the Repeat button or Copy Event to Clipboard and Paste Event from Clipboard icons don't also copy the images for you, look at the Picture Center. Once the individual has the Event, you can click on the person on the left, the image in the middle, the event in the middle bottom and Attach. Go to next person. I can see this in my mind's eye... hopefully, I have explained it well enough. --Paula in Texas Researching: Adair Baker Betz Bigley Blagrave Burton Chapman Clement Clough Coppernoll Costine Daulton Dinwiddie Doody Ellis Exline Field Floran Floyd Gates Goodale Gordon Gump Harbaugh Hopkins Hughes Jones Koyle Laswell McDonald Misner Passwaters Pelton Roberts Roche Ryburn Sullivan Williams Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyfamilytree.com/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
