The ID of Person field is where the household member goes. You may have to
scroll down the list of fields. The line number is only for pre-1850
censuses if you've selected the U.S. census templates.

I put the household name in the ID of person field and I'm thinking
that with the dwelling and family numbers entered the line number
becomes unnecessary.
