Unless I'm looking for something specific, I search for Contains 'e' and I think that would likely cover everything. --- JL Beeken JLog - simple computer technology for genealogists http://www.jgen.ws/jlog/ On 10/21/2012 11:23 AM, Nut wrote: Hi, How does one search for individuals with 'General Notes' ? Re: [LegacyUG] Search for individuals with notes
I meant to say set the last to Not equal to and then leave the field blank and that should catch all those that have something in the General Notes field -Original Message- From: R G Strong-genes Sent: Sunday, October 21, 2012 3:01 PM To: LegacyUserGroup@LegacyUsers.com Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Search for individuals with notes or just leave it blank -Original Message- From: Gene Young Sent: Sunday, October 21, 2012 2:59 PM To: LegacyUserGroup@LegacyUsers.com Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Search for individuals with notes On 10/21/2012 2:44 PM, JLB wrote: Unless I'm looking for something specific, I search for Contains 'e' and I think that would likely cover everything. --- JL Beeken JLog - simple computer technology for genealogists http://www.jgen.ws/jlog/ On 10/21/2012 11:23 AM, Nut wrote: Hi, How does one search for individuals with 'General Notes' ? Re: [LegacyUG] combine family trees
For the Database being added into the other one, add the second batch starting with RIN 1001, 10001, 11, etc. then the numbers should keep the important part of the RIN 'similar'. Re: [LegacyUG] combine family trees
LOL! Richard, I have no idea what you are talking about. As for combining the trees it is an entirely separate family tree, no matching surnames. I did this separate because i did not know how we are related, now I do, I can add them On Sun, Oct 21, 2012 at 5:32 PM, RICHARD SCHULTHIES fourpa...@verizon.net wrote: For the Database being added into the other one, add the second batch starting with RIN 1001, 10001, 11, etc. then the numbers should keep the important part of the RIN 'similar'.
