RE: [LegacyUG] Census

2014-07-18 Thread Paula Ryburn

Shared events are new to v8. I seem to remember a thread about shared census
events and the census search...? The name of your event is still "Census"
right? Is the head of household showing up in the later search results? or
just the members of the household (who share the event)?

In part 3?  I click create a new
search list.  I could do this in v7.5 but can't figure
out what I'm doing differently now.

When you rerun the list, do you make sure that the radio button at the
bottom-left labelled "Clear List" is selected? Maybe you've selected 'Add
results to existing list"

[LegacyUG] Census

2014-07-18 Thread Debbie
I'm having a problem with the census search list and am wondering if someone
can see what I'm not doing correctly-I've created the search list, picked a
family from the list. Added an event called census and sourced it using a
source called 'year' census. The event and the source show up properly when
I share the event for other family members but when I rerun the search list
the family is still on it. I've tried using different years/families with
the same (non)result and can't seem to see what I'm doing wrong.
