RE: [LegacyUG] Family File Statistics - Individuals born after 2000.
Jay, We do have an issue in our bug reporting system to have the explanations of how all of the stats are calculated added to the help file. This specific section of the Statistics report specifically states BIRTHS by Era. Michelle, I know you asked for Private response, but since I am only testing Legacy 8 and not fully up to date on its functions, thought I would reply to list. Amazinglymy stats report lists 1030 persons born after 2000 and that MATCHES a search for date of birth after 01/01/2000!! But again, this situation still bodes that Legacy should list somewhere in the help files, HOW these numbers are calculated (for all stats) , with specific details. So far the ONLY explanation I have seen is that anything in the ERA categories is based upon the date of birth . Re: [LegacyUG] Descendant Narrative book report. Chronology report
The missing spaces between parent names is a known problem and is recorded in our tracking system. As others have suggested you probably have a non-visible character like a space or blank line in the marriage notes so Legacy is including that in your report. Open the marriage notes and use CTRL-A to select all. Then hit the delete button to remove the selected content. This is another known problem. If you use a lined report like the FGS or Individual report the lines for events in those reports somehow are carried over to any following reports. Click the reset button on the report screen to reset the narrative report to defaults, that will remove the lines between events.
