You probably also have to re do the set direct line as preferred since 
the changes you made have affected your direct line ancestors. Legacy 
needs to recalculate who should be bold.

that's good. But I do notice that that name is not bolded (the individuals in 
my line are bolded, and the grandfathers before him and after him are bolded). 
Maybe that will self-correct later? It shows him as the correct grandfather, 
but in the list of "children" that he is part of, his name is not bolded.

skipped one, I have just unlinked a line and then linked as needed. I hesitate 
to get any more detailed than that, unless it's needed to troubleshoot. Bottom 
line, everyone is where they need to be in line, except that the person I have 
re-linked shows as my 5th Great-Granduncle instead of my 5th Great-Grandfather 
as it should be. I linked him as the son of my 6th Great-Grandfather (and that 
person is correct). The 5th Great-Granduncle as it now shows him, is now

actually a more thorough reboot than just shutting down and turning it

If all else fails, REBOOT! Not just restart, but shut it down, wait a
minute, then turn it back on. Sometimes it takes thie toclear memory, etc.
