My experience is that if you use the ‘Geo Location Database’ commas are
inserted automatically e.g. “Carlton, , Victoria, Australia”.

Mapping is not fixed. It is being worked on.
There has been a change to how you can enter coordinates manually announced in
the last update
I believe it is working unless your Regional settings use a comma separator for
decimals.
It may be best not to use it until the next update.
You can copy and paste both into either the Latitude or the Longitude in the
Master List - Edit
from Wikipedia, FindaGrave, Google maps etc and Legacy handles the necessary
conversion.
