Gary Under Search/find you can create a list with the primary condition Individual/Notes General/contains/"your phrase". Be sure the create a new search list. Contains is best when the phrase can be anywhere in the Notes - General field. Now you can go to the search list and select options/print. Is there any way to perform a search for a particular string/phrase embedded in the GENERAL Notes section? I've used a particular phrase and would like to find, and create a report, of individuals where I've used that phrase.
