After reloading my database, I tried the detailed search all different ways and it worked like it should. I guess I will never know what caused the problem in the first place. Hello Jenny, Thanks for responding. Yes, I can get a result from the Event Name but not the Events Notes. I have an event called Find-A-Grave and a Description where I put the memorial#. Then in Notes I add who the memorial was created by and the date the memorial was created. I have 2942 memorials of persons in my database. Hello List, I am trying to compile a list of people in my database that has a Find-A-Grave source and Created by: in the Notes. I did Search>Detailed Search> Look for Whom<> Individual> Where to Look<> Event Name> How to Look <> Contains> What to Look For<> Find-A-Grave. Second Condition> and<> Where to Look<> Events Notes> How to Look<> Contains> What to Look For<> Created by: I have tried several times and gets this error message. NO RECORDS WERE FOUND THAT MATCH THE SEARCH CRITERIA. What am I doing wrong? [LegacyUG] Question about the red color in the edit screen
Hello List, Since I reinstall Legacy on a new computer, I have noticed that in the name list>edit screen that some death dates & places are colored red while others are colored black. They all have death notes. The same applies to the burial date & place. I always thought that the date & place were colored red only if there was a note, address or picture. Can someone please explain it to me? I am using Legacy 7.5.0.208. [LegacyUG] Adding source to clipboard
I seems to remember in previous versions of Legacy that when a source was added to the clipboard, it stayed there until another source was added. I added a source to cb yesterday and this morning I went to add the source to another entry in my data and got an error message: Run-Time Error '5' Invaled Procedure Call or Augument. When I clicked on OK, Legacy shut down. I have Legacy Deluxe, version 7.5.0.154.
