[LegacyUG] Printing the entire Names List Problem

Hi



I am using Legacy 8.0.0.353

I want to print out a list of all the names in the Names List with RIN
Surname - Christian name and date of birth.



I go to Names List

Select Print

Select the fields in Row1

then go to options

then Record Selection and select All index in entire file this then shows
All Individuals in the box



Having pressed preview I get a message

WARNING

There are no records to print



Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong please

[LegacyUG] Search information in Notes

I have some 1800 records in my Legacy 8. I need to search the whole database
for specifics. For example I am sure from memory that there is information
in the notes about a Grange Farm but I cannot find it.

Is there a way to do a global search on all data with Grange+Farm as a
search criteria?

Any help would be appreciated
