Several days ago I sent the simplest way I know to copy a persons page,
but the problem continued with no indication anyone had seen that post.
I got a copy, but I was wondering if anyone else did.

To copy a person, bring the page up as if you were going to edit it,
but don't change anything, then save it. The main part of that page is
then in Legacy memory somewhere, and all you need to do is click on the
title of each entry you want, such as name, date or place. I don't
think that will copy events or sources that way, but all the vital
records on the main page will copy that way. You can even copy to
another data base, as the memory doesn't care what name is on the
database.

If you edit the one you want to copy, then save it, all the data for
that person in in memory. When you are doing twins, for example, you
type in for the first one, then for the second one you just click the
name of each field you want to copy. You get the same result by
'saving' any record you wish to copy part of. Occasionaly I want to put
the same person in 2 databases, and the stored copy is in the Legacy
program, not the specific data base, so I can copy persons across data
bases. Very handy!!
