 Jay,
Ltools can make the change to all your multimedia paths. Run Repair
Multimedia Paths and set Find Substring in Path to c:\ then set and
 Replace with to C:\

It can also fix paths that have actually changed because of rearranging where
 the files are kept.

Re: [LegacyUG] Need help with PATH

2013-03-09 Thread Brian/Support
It is not a default setting, both the picture gallery and the picture
centre are using lowercase in the path names. Since Legacy is a Windows
based program this error does not cause problems locating the pictures
within Legacy. Windows is not case sensitive.

Problem confirmed and I have added a problem report to our problem
tracking system so this can be fixed.

2013-03-09 Thread Jay 1FamilyTree
Thanks Brian,

Agreed, it has never been an issue on my PC, Only when the exported gedcom
is used by another program that sees the C and c as two different
locations.

My suggestion would be that Legacy make it a variable in the creation of a
gedcom to ensure that drive letters are All Capitalizes, Not capitalized,
or leave as is.

Thanks again for the response,

Jay
