Re: [LegacyUG] SSDI Source doesn't appear in Output Tab or Reports

Thanks, Jenny - the box was checked to exclude on the Master Source List - have
no idea how that happened as I've never even seen that box before. The box to
include was already checked on the Details screen, which is why I couldn't
figure out what was wrong. Marianne

Check the Master Source edit creen screen to see
if you have accidentally checked the box which excludes the Source from
Reports. It's bottom left of the screen.

There's a checkbox in almost the same position on the Source Details
screen which has to be checked to *allow* the Citation to appear on Reports.

[LegacyUG] SSDI Source doesn't appear in Output Tab or Reports

2013-07-27 Thread Marianne Szabo
Hi - I just used a saved Master Source for the SSDI that I have used many
times in the past to add death and birth information to a person in my file.

I filled in all the information in the usual fields, on the Edit the Source
Detail Screen, saved it to her death date, and then also to her birth date.

However, even though everything is in there when I look to the right on the
screen where you can see the output, nothing appears on the Output tab on
the Assigned Sources screen, and the source is missing entirely from any
reports.

I've checked it against all the other sources I have (where I chose "Show
Source using Print Options") and everything is set up the same.

I then deleted this source entirely from both the death and birth event
fields, and did the whole process again - same result.

I ran File/Check/Repair and nothing came up.

What's happening?

Marianne
