Re: [LegacyUG] Version 7.5.0.154

2012-02-27 Thread Ron Ferguson
Robert,

I can well imagine that would cause problems, especially where only one click
is required. Consider, if only one click is required to take you to a
particular page on which the default is to highlight a button which closes the
page, then if one double clicks the page will open and then close!

I -might- have a clue! Sherry's comment gave me the idea!

My mouse can be set to where one push sends "two clicks" to the computer.
Could it be that some of us have the feature, and when we double click, we are
sending *FOUR* clicks to legacy? So, pushing it twice plus one more by accident
sends SIX clicks to Legacy. I wonder if that is a good idea? I am grasping
straws there.

I might change that- at the time I thought it was a good idea.

Thank you.

Robert

2012-02-24 Thread Alan Pereira
In case others have this problem.

After Tim's response I ran the following
File Maintenance...
1) Compact family file
2) Set File Sorting Order
Then ran the check Repair.
The problem no longer appears.

Not here either. After Check/Repair Legacy automatically resumed in the

Apparently, my results were the same as those of Tim.
