Re: [LegacyUG] Possible glitch in programming
Yes, I was able to duplicate Jenny's glitch and put it in our bug tracking system. Re: [LegacyUG] Possible glitch in programming
I reported a similar problem 12 month ago and was finally advised This is issue 5251 in our bug tracking system - raised to medium concern - not only do the pictures move over other items in the report, many of the events are left off as well On 20 June 2015 at 07:05, Jim Terry/Support jimte...@legacyusers.com wrote: Yes, I was able to duplicate Jenny's glitch and put it in our bug tracking system. And yet another user who has exactly the same problem, and has had it for well over a year. I have mentioned it before but to no avail. However, the 2nd Event is not pushed down to accommodate the photo attached to the 1st Event so this photo overlaps the area of the 2nd Event and the family details and a long line of text giving the Spouse's details runs over the picture. RE: [LegacyUG] Possible glitch in programming
I know exactly what you are describing and I've seen it in the past. Luckily I haven't had it come up and bite me recently but I'm thinking it had something to do with the Picture Size options or Picture Reduction Widths. I'll try some destructive testing to see if I can duplicate the problem easily and then figure out what alleviates it. Don't just wish the programmer's would incorporate wrapping text around pictures then you wouldn't see all you typed data pushed apart just to make room for a picture on the side? RE: [LegacyUG] Possible glitch in programming
Hi Jenny, I have this exact same problem. I thought I had fixed the glitch after trying several things – but in the last couple of days the issue is back. In addition to the text glitch, the event pictures (in some situations) are overlapping on top of each other. Quite a messy report result.
