In wnich case there are a couple of things to try. File>File
Maintenance>Check/Repair and using the Reset button on the report screen.

I don’t see anywhere to change the sentence to delete that term “someone”. This 
doesn’t happen if the first person mentioned is a woman.

It seems that for the men only, I have this problem: It says John Smith married 
someone Ann Jones…
I don’t see anywhere to change the sentence to delete that term “someone”. This 
doesn’t happen if the first person mentioned is a woman.
I am doing this book on a deadline and would appreciate any help!
