Re: [LegacyUG] Charting question
Because you can't put boxes around them in the 6-gen view. After a few more moments of thought on this... The 4 color option is really only applicable on one page. All subsequent pages are the same color (if you're using "the system") and you can select the appropriate color with the first option in the "Color Text and Boxes" pop-up. Hmm... now I can see myself purchasing more color ink cartridges haha Still, thanks for pointing me to this feature, whoever originally posted. --Paula in Texas Researching: Adair Baker Beasley Benson Betz Bigley Blagrave Burton Chapman Clement Clough Coppernoll Costine Daulton Dinwiddie Doody Ellis Exline Field Floran Floyd Gates Goodale Gordon Gump Hale Harbaugh Hind Hopkins Hughes Hurdle Jones Klein Koyle Laswell McDonald Misner Passwaters Pelton Roberts Roche Ryburn Sanford Short Singer Sullivan Weller Williams From: Randy Clark To: LegacyUserGroup@LegacyUsers.com Sent: Tue, February 7, 2012 4:30:44 PM Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Charting question That works for 4 or 5 gens. not 6. Just tested this out - thought it would be a helpful feature. (a) you have to be running the pedigree chart for the person you had selected when you applied colors; that is, my chart was in color, but my husband's was not (b) the 4 color option uses the "standard" 4 colors - it does not use the 4 colors you used when you applied colors (I used different colors which match my binders) --Paula in Texas Researching: Adair Baker Beasley Benson Betz Bigley Blagrave Burton Chapman Clement Clough Coppernoll Costine Daulton Dinwiddie Doody Ellis Exline Field Floran Floyd Gates Goodale Gordon Gump Hale Harbaugh Hind Hopkins Hughes Hurdle Jones Klein Koyle Laswell McDonald Misner Passwaters Pelton Roberts Roche Ryburn Sanford Short Singer Sullivan Weller Williams From: Barbara Krecklow To: LegacyUserGroup@LegacyUsers.com Sent: Tue, February 7, 2012 2:31:02 PM Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Charting question You can print the pedigree chart in Legacy using the four color option.
