Cathy,

If you don't have that, then what do you have? Have you looked at the Help 
files?  I suggest that you go to Family View and try as Brian indicates. You 
are given a number of selection options

No I haven't.  I am assuming that one would have to have a split screen
with one family file in each screen view to do this.
