They don't have any attribution on the pages, otherwise is the kind of
use of OSM I would hope to see. If my schoolboy German would stand it
I'd write to say how good it is to see them using OSM, and would they
mind adding an attribution please.

They need to sort it out before Lulu-Ann sees it :-)

Cheers, Chris

I'll take care of it and inform them.

On the webpage there is still no change. What did they say?

There is a suggested process for dealing with such cases on

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Lacking_proper_attribution

This process does not involve reminding the legal-talk list every two
weeks about obscure German "Children's Paradise" web sites that still
haven't got their attribution right ;-)

In cases like this it would be *much* better for both sides if instead
having to put the name "OpenStreetMap" or the logo on their site
they'd simply make the image a link to osm.org with mlat=&mlon= set to
point at the park.

Hi,

unfortauntely even after giving them a bit more time I still didn't hear
_any_ feedback from them.

According to Frederik's good suggestion to maybe not bug the legal-talk
with reminders about this any longer I'll take this thread off-list for
the moment. And I'd be happy to coordinate with you, Jonas, how we
proceed with them.

As the wiki-page Frederik mentioned
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Lacking_proper_attribution
suggests I'll give it a second try to contact them.

Kind regards,
 Stefan Neufeind
