In cases like this it would be *much* better for both sides if instead having to put the name "OpenStreetMap" or the logo on their site they'd simply make the image a link to osm.org with mlat=&mlon= set to point at the park. According to Frederik's good suggestion to maybe not bug the legal-talk with reminders about this any longer I'll take this thread off-list for the moment. And I'd be happy to coordinate with you, Jonas, how we proceed with them. As the wiki-page Frederik mentioned http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Lacking_proper_attribution suggests I'll give it a second try to contact them.
