Probably the last one.
There is a story behind this. After creating what I thought would be the
final 4.6.3 version, some installation problems cropped up. I attempted to
move the tag as suggested by bzr help tag, but that failed! I then deleted
what was (presumably) the second, conflicting tag.

As mentioned in another thread, I would prefer to abandon the 46-maint
branch entirely, so I think the tag question seem moot. When in doubt,
download the actual Leo 4.6.3 code.
