It took awhile to spot the problem. Your comment about m-dash was crucial.

In the node `Installing from sources (Windows)`, the markup should be:

QQQ
After download unpack the zip archive where you like and from a python
enabled command shell::

 pip install --editable C:\\path\\to\\leo-editor
QQQ

with *two* colons at the end of the first line.  Without the second colon,
Sphinx will convert -- to an m-dash!

Now fixed on the web

and at rev d8e37c2

in devel.

Can someone finally correct this paragraph:

The command should be either
 pip install (ONE DASH)e C:\path\to\leo-editor 
or
 pip install  (TWO DASHES)editable C:\path\to\leo-editor
but certainly not
 pip install (EM DASH)editable C:\path\to\leo-editor

I get stuck on this at EVERY new version of Leo. My memory is fine, thank 
you, but it refuses to waste a single electron on such nuisance.
