It looks really good. I have only three minor things to mention:

1)

Unfortunately some (in my opinion) interesting documentation got lost:

- |description of /etc/init.d/mountvirtfs|
- description of |/etc/rc.d/init.d/udev (it triggers coldplug, |unsets
