I double-checked the list of uiconfig XML files in Package_uiconfig.mk, and aside from the statusbar.xml the rest looks good (to me). I guess I'll have to take a stab at this myself. So I did, and figured out the reason why it was blank. The installation didn't have statusbar.xml at the correct location. It was supposed to be at share/config/soffice.cfg/modules/scalc/statusbar/statusbar.xml but it was in fact at share/config/soffice.cfg/modules/scalc/toolbar/statusbar.xml Now I'm going to figure out how to fix this...
