You can click on the "marked for translation" link at the top of the 
page once your changes are saved.


I just tried it for the first time thanks to your question, so no need 
to do it now :)


(Others were doing it for me in the past, shortly after I edited the page.)

You don't have to do anything :) The most important thing is that you 
did not do extra stuff by accident (manually adding  
translation markers).
