Subject: Alex Kempshall license statement

According to the Credits I joined in 2011-08-14 and did 1 commit.

More than five years later my second commit is on it's way. Thought it 
best to renew my licence statement so here it is -



All of my past & future contributions to LibreOffice may be
   licensed under the MPLv2/LGPLv3+ dual license.
