Since I live and work in New York City…I don't understand your reference to 
'troll'.  Are you using Russian slang, Tor?  Any who.  This is a bug someone 
needs to address.

In certain situations, on windows,  pImplSVData is looked for…. So this is a 
bug.

Ah, it was you. I should have guessed based on the confusing writing style.
We still haven't achieved clairvoyance, even here so close to Russia, so
far from Japan, so please be a bit more verbose and explain what the actual
problem you are seeing is. Please note that vcl plugins don't exist on
Windows.
