[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 87812] SIDEBAR: More animation information in list control
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87812 A (Andy) stgohi-lob...@yahoo.de changed: What|Removed |Added CC||stgohi-lob...@yahoo.de --- Comment #1 from A (Andy) stgohi-lob...@yahoo.de --- I agree it should be improved. Because I don't know the meaning of the images from memory the images have currently no real meaning for me. Therefore, to have a tooltip would be very good. But for this we would also need an image for the start With previous. Maybe, it could also be good to have an order number. Furthermore, I think it would be very good to have the effect name, because currently you would need to press Modify Effect button to see it (the image shows only the category, but with no tooltip, therefore little meaningfulness). In Bug 87813 Jay also proposes to add the category and effect name list boxes into the Sidebar, which I like. This would also be very good in this case, because if you click on an effect then not only the category image but also its name and the effect name could be shown in the bottom as it also already done in the case of how the animation starts. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87931 Bug ID: 87931 Summary: EDITING: Can't undo header or footer deletion and can't protect them against mistakes Product: LibreOffice Version: 4.1.6.2 release Hardware: Other OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: jean-francois.nifenec...@laposte.net When a page has a header/footer, the user may delete it but can't revert back after deletion. This is annoying when using templates because these header/footer can't be protected. Thus a deletion by mistake, which is really easy using the on-screen menu (even though there's a warning), forces the user to restart from scratch. The solution would be to allow to undo the deletion and/or propose a page header/footer locking option. Default page size zoom of 100% is also saved. So, initializing the zoom to 100 for all .docs is compatible with MS Office. Word 2013 does NOT honor the zoom type OR zoom factor when opening .doc files. It opens all .doc files in 100% zoom. I was wrong when I said that .doc does not have a spot to save the zoom type. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 54042] Cannot change decimal separator in italian
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54042 --- Comment #8 from lore lovecraf...@gmail.com --- Honestly, I still cannot get it to work as I would… If Italian is selected as Locale setting there's no way to get a period as separator, regardless of Same as locale setting checked or not. On the other hand, if English (USA) is selected as Locale setting there's no way to have a comma as separator… Using LO 4.3.5.2 on Mac OSx 10.10.1 with System Language set to Italia and period as decimal separator. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 86675] Bad-quality antialiasing for PNG images
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=86675 --- Comment #15 from Tomaz Vajngerl qui...@gmail.com --- Ups.. I commited a fix under fdo#82870 and not this bug as I intended. Still this requires an explanation as it doesn't actually fix this or fdo#82879 bug. There indeed was a bug in scale super which made bilinear scaling into nearest neighbor like scaling introduced in [1] but in a later commit [2] we reverted the fix that pre-scaled the images with our built-in scaler - instead of that a fast native nearest neighbor scaler is used. So indeed this is the issue Adolfo was talking about which now makes this bug a duplicate of [3]. I fixed the issue with super scaler in master by first reverting [2] and looking for the cause of the low quality. fdo#82870 is also a duplicate of this and [3] bug.. In cell E2 type ABCa nd press left arrow to move to cell D2 2. Calc okay Could it be the en-GB language pack I also have installed? You could see the frame at the bottom of the document when using the navigator. The frame seems to be empty. A click on the frame and you could see in the properties of the image there should be the image inside the frame ... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
