The quotation mark symbols have changed, depending on the language that was used before switching to Hebrew. As this was correct when I used 4.2 versions I compared 4.2.6 portable with 4.3.5.2 normal installation and found the the time stamp in both versions is different. 4,2 version time stamp: mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss thus carrying the day information as well 4.3 time stamp: hh:mm:ss only no day information included. Per Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byte_order_mark): "The Unicode Standard permits the BOM in UTF-8,[2] but does not require or recommend its useThe standard also does not recommend removing a BOM when it is there, so that round-tripping between encodings does not lose information, and so that code that relies on it continues to work." However, when a build is configured with --enable-crashdump, ide-integration subsequently doesn't produce any output. The problem was traced using vs2013-ide-integration, which fails to parse any directories from the make output. Upon further investigation, it seems that when --enable-crashdump is set, make -pn produces no lines with '#' which contain the directory structure. Because gbuild-to-ide depends on these lines to parse the source, install, or build directories. Other ide types should also be broken, but haven't confirmed. The Excel file contains the literal byte 0x16, instead of the required representation as "_x0016_".
