[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 91828] BASIC - CurrentValues are empty after opening a form which triggers a macro
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91828 --- Comment #13 from rob...@familiegrosskopf.de --- An event could be started by different implementations. There are two implementations which would happen when changing from one row to another: com.sun.star.comp.forms.ODatabaseForm org.openoffice.comp.svx.FormController The implementation, which fires while opening the form, is ...ODatabaseForm. Loading of the content is changing the content for this implementation. You could start your macro like this: Sub Check_rl_term_context(oEvent AS OBJECT) IF oEvent.source.ImplementationName = "org.openoffice.comp.svx.FormController" THEN END IF END SUB So only one implementation starts - the implementation, which doesn't start while opening the form. You are German. Have a look to the Base-Handbuch. It is described at page 412 (Handbuch 4.4). Also the different behavior of ListBoxes is described: page 388. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 78580] VIEWING: Linked images are not displayed when files are on read-only media (e.g. DVD)
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=78580 Ulrich Windl changed: What|Removed |Added Status|NEEDINFO|UNCONFIRMED Ever confirmed|1 |0 --- Comment #26 from Ulrich Windl --- I still could reproduce the problem with LO 4.3.7.2 on Windows 7: The images are not displayed, and there is NO idication that the link to the image is broken; they aren't just displayed. I tried to force a refresh, but that didn't help, also. Even when going to "edit mode" and doing some dummy change to the text, none of the images displayed. I also tried to tun images off and then back on, but that also did not make any difference. Iff the problem is really gone in LO 4.4, there must have been some change to address this issue; if not I doubt it will suddenly work. I have looked all over in the 'Tools -> Customize' and 'Tools -> Options' menus for a way to fix these: 1. Ctrl+P or 'Print' icon at the top of the window used to immediately print on the default printer... but, not now. I have to do one more click (or press 'Return', since the printer I want to use is already highlighted). 2. File-Save-As and File-Open windows cannot be 'permanently' enlarged. They popup as much smaller windows and dragging the bottom down to make them larger does not 'stick' as it used to. If someone would point out how I can resolve this, I would be delighted. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 91828] BASIC - CurrentValues are empty after opening a form which triggers a macro

For this version, I have used a macro like in the attached text snippet, and here I get no error, if I open the form, because here I get empty strings and not missing numbers for the CurrentValue attribute of ListBoxes, so that no error occurs (probably this is wrong). But in LO 4.0.6, the behaviour of the trigger is the same, if I uncomment the MsgBox("Test") like in the attached example, it popped up, if I open the form or if I hover again over the next-record-button with my mouse after I have changed the record. This implies, that the macro fires in these cases. But I think, this should not happen, because the macro should only fire, before the record is changed (or if the ListBoxes are touched, because I have triggers here) and not after the form is opened. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

This is particularly bad if users are exchanging revisions of a document. It can and should > be removed. > > @Adolpho? I agree that it could be removed, but then you need to consider that there are cases in which duplication is not bad (which isn’t per se…). If Sidebar’s close button is to be removed, then we need to make it obvious for all users that they can still collapse the Sidebar by toggling one of the tab buttons in the rightmost area. And that isn’t really obvious, because those buttons do not look like toggles. In the end I have the same feeling as Jay: the current close button will be missed by many if removed altogether without working on fixing the visual issues that currently block understanding of the toggling functionality. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91860 Bug ID: 91860 Summary: Change of Ctrl-Shift-Right selection behavior Product: LibreOffice Version: 4.3.3.2 release Hardware: All OS: Linux (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: enhancement Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: drm4...@mail.ru How to reproduce: input some text, use Ctrl-Shift-Right to select words. What is expected (like in older versions): selection does not cover a space following the last word in the selection. If there is a new paragraph following the last word in the selection, then the cursor stays at the end of the last word in the selection. The same takes place in a table. What happens now: selection extends up to the beginning of the new word including the space. If there is a new paragraph following the last word in the selection, then the cursor jumps to the new paragraph. If something is being selected in a table, then the entire table is selected upon reaching the final symbol of it. I've dig a little deeper here. Some additional details about problem: 1) Source images are in GIF format. It is not supported by RTF. 2) So LibreOffice converts these images to WMF (RtfAttributeOutput::FlyFrameGraphic()) 3) Generated WMF images have zero values in META_SETWINDOWEXT (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc250498.aspx): wmf images which can not be opened by LibreOffice later have X=0 and Y=0 in META_SETWINDOWEXT record, while third one which is displayed has X=414 Y=397. Regarding the button in the sidebar, it is placed in a very prominent position for no good reason and it will be a feature that will be highly unused, though it does provide easy access to the functionality, similar to how we have the toolbar context menu to customize toolbars. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 81749] Java UNO deadlock on document close
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81749 --- Comment #2 from Stephan Bergmann --- The problematic part is the sequence of steps aLock.clear() m_aPassage.wait() in Gate::wait; if an m_aPassage.set() followed by an m_aPassage.reset() would happen in between those two steps, it would keep on waiting despite the call to set(). However, as each call to m_aPassage.reset() is apparently paired with a later call to m_aPassage.set(), it looks like that should not be an issue here. I cannot reproduce the deadlock. Great - it's good to be no worse. Ultimately this spreadsheet is a bit of an issue computationally ... and the implementation of the relevant date functions can be improved a lot if someone is interested in that. For me; I don't really see doing more work on this now that the regression is solved. What is needed next is a good new kcachegrind profile of the sheet switching / re-calculation I guess - done on a build with debugging symbols, but no extraneous dbgutil code to get a view of where the next problems are.
