https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35287 --- Comment #13 from Nathan Wells --- I confirm this issue in Windows 10 64-bit Libreoffice Dev Version: 5.1.0.0.alpha1+ While my scroll speed and smoothness works well in most apps, LibreOffice scrolls a page at a time, making scrolling with my trackpad or middle mouse button impossible. It would be great to see LibreOffice incorporate smooth scrolling like Chrome/Firefox Microsoft Word etc. Maybe even have an in-app option for how many lines should be scrolled, or to turn smooth scrolling off/on. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94201 Regina Henschel changed: What|Removed |Added CC||rb.hensc...@t-online.de --- Comment #2 from Regina Henschel --- In case of 'variable' element the attribute 'visibility' is allowed. In xmlhelp.dtd the attribute 'localize' is not allowed for the 'switch' element. But the comment in the transformation xmlhelp2soffice.xsl mentions it. So first it is needed to examine, whether an attribute 'localize' is currently evaluated for a switch element. If it is evaluated, an '' element has to be used and the doctype has to be adapted. B & C) from a Row (say Row 2) and then paste them into two other cells (Cols. I & J) of another row (say Row 3), and then copy cells from Cols. B & C of Row 3 and paste them to Cols. I & J of Row 2. I repeat this criss-crossed copy and paste operation down the spreadsheet for subsequent pairs of rows: 2&3, 4&5, 6&7, etc. The specific operation I use is to drag the cursor across the cells in Cols B & C with the mouse to select them, and then I do a Ctrl C. I then mouse over to Cols I & J in the other row and drag the cursor across them to select them, and do a Ctrl V. I can do this very quickly as I move down the page. During these operations, LibreOffice Calc hangs up and I have to use the Windows Task Manager to kill LibreOffice in order to go on. At first I thought it had to do with my performing these operations during a "Save" operation, this seems not to be the case as I have set the interval for saves to be a large number and the hang up continues to occur. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94576 Bug ID: 94576 Summary: Cancelling Input of Search Term in Template Manager also Cancels the Whole Manager Dialogue Product: LibreOffice Version: 5.0.2.2 release Hardware: Other OS: Windows (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: LibreOffice Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: harald.koes...@mail.de In order to reproduce the bug: [1] Open Template Manager. [2] If template folders are not displayed, click “All Templates”. [3] Click Search icon. The search line is displayed. [4] Enter some random letters. If there is no match with existing templates neither templates nor folders are displayed any longer. [5] Suppose now you like to find a specific template by browsing through the template folders. Cancel search function with Esc. The whole template manager dialogue is cancelled and you have to open it again. Expected: Only the search function should be terminated with Esc. In almost all cases closing a dialogue with Esc is the right behaviour. Everything looked fine up to (and including) Libreoffice 4.3.6.2 With 4.4.2.2 (and v 5) a number of paragraphs are not displayed by default any more. A minimal example is in this document (also in the attachment): https://www.dropbox.com/s/a3qy2mth5q5newn/Unbenannt%201.odt?dl=0 It contains one paragraph with the text "unsichtbar" (invisible), this is the one that is gone (i.e. invisible) by default. Below there is a paragraph "sichtbar" (visible) that is still displayed although I thought that it should be the same formatting. The result from the discussion on the German mailing list is that somehow the font "Courier" made it into the formatting of the paragraph, under Win7, Win10 and Win Server 2008 this font is not available. It should be "Courier New". A workaround that helps is Tools > Options -> LibreOffice -> Fonts and add a replacement rule there. Without a replacement rule, I can not even mark the paragraph in question. I try to mark it in order to change the formatting, but before I can do anything the marking is removed. I produced the document attached by copying such a problematic paragraph to a new document with 4.3.6.2 and changed the text in the paragraph. The problem stayed the same. Years ago (about 2009/2010), there was a .doc version of the original document, then the document got edited by various people using OpenOffice and LibreOffice on various computers (including a Mac). Interestingly, on Mac there is both "Courier" and "Courier New". Since the document has been displayed nicely for years it is not possible to tell for sure whether the Mac is to blame or whether the strange formatting happened on a Windows machine that had also MS Office installed (probably Win XP or Win 2000). With the replacement rule, there is a workaround, but I think the behaviour is a bit strange. best Dietmar -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
