[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 97552] unexpected changes in formula references

I finally figured out how this problem appears. The problem is about drag a region of information to another’s ones place by "mouse" drag. If both cells are referenced then references will follow moved data in new place, but reference to over written one will stay same. Accidentally making such a mistake cannot be completely fixed by < ctrl + Z >. Only the moved data will be undid, but the change in references will remain broken. Such an operation in msexcel will produce a warning for the cells to be overwritten and old references to overwritten cells will be broken with #REF info. In example with new attachment moving data in D4-D9 region to D8-D15 then undoing, and after this moving D20-D27 to D13-D20 then will produce severe destruction in referenced calculations in columns I,K,O, and Q. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 86249] clean VirtualDevice constructor ...
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=86249 --- Comment #3 from Michael Meeks--- I suspect the ambiguity is unpleasant - ie. if there are two constructors with similar arguments we should have nice, readable, descriptive enum that distinguishes between the two use-cases; rather than a random number that is always the same value nAlphaBitCount added to the end =) It seems we have: ScopedVclPtrInstance pDevice(, Size(1, 1), DeviceFormat::DEFAULT); I wonder if we could overload something into the vdev creation along those lines; not sure. Beyond that the bigger problem is that VirtualDevices get created at a 1x1 size initially - complete with OS resources behind them, which are slow & expensive to create - and then we re-size them deleting the original stuff =) really the creation needs to have a smoother flow that passes in the size correctly. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97778 --- Comment #4 from João Paulo--- I found some files produced with the LibreOffice/5.0.3.2$Windows_X86_64 LibreOffice_project/e5f16313668ac592c1bfb310f4390624e3dbfb75 which don't have the PNG embedded as a result of linking to a SVG, so I think it's safe to assume it's a regression from 5.0.3.2. I attached two files, the official SVG logo and an ODT test file with it linked. Both files should be saved on the same folder to open with LibreOffice, but if you open the ODT file with a Zip tool such as 7-Zip, you can see clearly the Pictures subfolder. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 97794] New: Incompatibility between Voiceover in MacOs and Libreoffice writer resulting in voiceover thinking that each new line is a separate edit box.
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97794 Bug ID: 97794 Summary: Incompatibility between Voiceover in MacOs and Libreoffice writer resulting in voiceover thinking that each new line is a separate edit box. Product: LibreOffice Version: unspecified Hardware: x86 (IA32) OS: Mac OS X (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: kris...@kristersplace.com Voiceover, the screen reading tool for the blind and visually impaired built-in to MacOs has problems reading in Writer. As soon as a line break is inserted or a new paragraph is inserted, it thinks it has encountered a new edit box resulting in, among other things that Voiceover is incapable of reading one whole document and that editing in a multiline document is impossible. This is a deal breaker for blind and visually impaired Voiceover users. Steps to reproduce: 1, load a multi line document such as a news paper article or a text with many lines and paragraphs into Writer. 2; make sure Voiceover is running, voiceover is toggled on and off by hitting cmd+f5. 3 using arrow keys, (not voiceover commands) read the text line by line. 4, observe that for every new line or paragraph break Voiceover says "edit box". Now try having voiceover read a whole document by pressing control+option+a. Note that Voiceover stops reading after the first line instead of reading the whole document. Expected results: Voiceover should treat the whole document as one single edit box instead of multiple edit boxes. Current behaviour: Voiceover treats a document as if it contains multiple edit boxes, one for each line and paragraph break it encounters. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
