I hope my experience could be useful for our community. I use LibreOffice 5.0.6.3 on Windows 7. 1). Name changing (bug N.1). 1. I create a new style in LibreOffice Draw for my mindmap. 2. I change the style name that i created. For examle from "Default-1" to "Connector-1". 3. Save the file ".odg". 4. Reload the file. The style name steal "Default-1". Bug reproduced by me (LibreOffice 5.0.6.3 on Windows 7) and mr. Hagar Delest AOO 4.1.2 on Xubuntu 16.04. 2). Changing of connectors type (bug N.2). How to reproduce the bug N.2: 1. I create a new connector for two objects. 2. Then, i create a new connectors style - "Connector - 1" and switch connectors type from default (blue line with right angle) to curve for this connector in the style menu (F11) that i selected. 2. Save the file with new style ".odg". 3. Reload. 4. LibreOffice show me that the type of connector in style properties is steel default but actually it's curve just like before i reloaded the file. 5. Then, i create default connector by using panel and apply my style for this one. Connectors type doesn't change for this new connector. There are not troubles with changing of color, font, connector starts and ends. You can see the result of this at Figure - 1 and Untitled - 2 in '.rar' archive. 3). A problem with shortcut "repeat" (bug N.3). I switch a combination from default to "Alt-A" and "Ctrl-A". I try this with enlgish, russian and german language. Sometimes I'll delete an unnecessary comma; i.e. ",", and sometimes I need to add one that's missing. On occasion, I find that two commas have appeared for a single key press. At first, I thought it was me. But it's only the comma character that's doing it, and it's happening often enough that I now know it isn't caused by me. It's not a problem that arises when I'm composing. It only occurs when I go back and edit. It doesn't happen all of the time, or even most of the time, but it is happening often enough to prompt me to submit this bug report about it. It's not a problem I can reliably reproduce. When I try to, the comma almost always doesn't repeat. In its randomness, though, it is happening often enough that I must watch carefully for it. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101294 Bug ID: 101294 Summary: LibreOffice Deadlocks On Font Change On Some Documents Product: LibreOffice Version: 5.0.0.0.alpha0+ Master Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) OS: Linux (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: drich...@largo.com After many months of trying to replicate this issue and it affecting us greatly, I finally got a document that demonstrates this issue clearly. We have been getting reports that LibreOffice deadlocks when changing fonts in a small minority of our documents. I will be attaching the document in question, along with screenshots of the deadlock as it happens. I looked at the source xml files inside this odt and it does seem to have fonts for Linux and Windows, that it's been edited on both platforms. There are some complexities, this only seems to happen on OpenSuse 11.4, which as it turns out is your production operating system for our users for the next few months until upgrades can be staged. This does not happen on Ubuntu, which have allowed me to bibisect this and find the exact commit. I have easily replicated this issue on all of our OpenSuse 11.4 servers. I have found that version 4.4 works fine, but the bug was introduced in version 5.0 It's still happening on master, so I downloaded the -dbg version and will upload a backtrace of where the deadlock is happening. To replicate the issue, I open one of these documents and then do a Select All, and then pick one of the fonts from the dropdown menu and the dropdown menu section of the canvas fails to repaint and LO is essentially deadlocked. One interesting caveat, is that if you have a favorite font at the top of the dropdown menu, and pick that one it works. But any other font causes it to deadlock. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

When I open the original PDF from bug 61144 ( attachment 75142 ) in Infix and select the Sequence line, it reports having to clear a clipping mask. So, suspect the issue with both the import filter, and new "insert as image" filter in 5.3.0alpha0+ master, is dealing with a polygon clip mask present in the original. That is bug 86211 - PDF Import: clipping is not implemented and there are other instances, e.g. bug 82262, bug 92815 Believe this issue can be closed as fidelity of the PDF import filter quite high. My concern here is about the toolbars. In Galaxy both commands have the same icon and that the tooltip is not verbose enough to distinguish the commands in a toolbar. Only if you have enabled extended tips, you can distinguish them. Other themes have different icons, but they do not show, which is for handles and which is for dialog. So two things have to be done: Make a separate icon for uno.crop, add handles in the icon, for example. Change the tooltips to indicate, that one icon is for the handles and the other for the dialog. The screenshots illustrate, what the user gets, if he had the icons side-by-side. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
