The following works just as well to demonstrate the bug: 5. Mark cell A15 as active and click at the end of the input/formula field. Type "+", click C1, then type "/". https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101437 Rickard Westmanchanged: What|Removed |Added Status|NEEDINFO|UNCONFIRMED Ever confirmed|1 |0 --- Comment #2 from Rickard Westman --- I just tried it with a deleted profile, and the problem remained the same. However, in reproducing the bug, I discovered that there is a factor I didn't mention but that is needed for the bug to occur: The window needs to be split for the bug to occur, and the "click reference" needs to be in the pane opposite to the formula cell. In case there are more such factors that happen to be critical, here are some more detailed instructions on how to reproduce the bug: 1. Clear the user profile as per https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption_in_the_user_profile. 2. Create a new spreadsheet and size the window so that you see cells 1-28 vertically and cells A-K horizontally. 3. Mark row 14 and select "View / Split Window", so that the sheet is split in an upper and a lower part. 4. Mark cell A15 as active and enter "=A1+B1" followed by the return key. 5. Mark cell A15 as active and click at the end of the input/formula field. Click C1, then type "/". The "/" will now replace the C1 reference. (Note that C1 is in the upper pane and the formula cell, A15 is in the lower pane. If they are in the same pane, the bug does not show) I'm running this on Ubuntu 14.04 using the default Unity desktop environment with libreoffice-gtk3 and libreoffice-style-galaxy installed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 101468] New: WEB Page Assistant
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101468 Bug ID: 101468 Summary: WEB Page Assistant Product: LibreOffice Version: 5.1.5.2 release Hardware: x86 (IA32) OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: th.lehw...@gmx.de Created attachment 126774 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=126774=edit Small example for demonstration and with the current output result of the wizard Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start LibreOffice 2. Overview Page is open 3. File -> Wizards -> Web Page... Works partly (contrast to #99599) Actual Results: dependent of the underlaying OS there are different behaviors: Tested with OSX 10.9.5 and Ubuntu 14.04: Wizard Step 1 -> Intro = OK Wizard Step 2 -> Add some .odt files to the web page content field = OK Wizard Step 3 -> Select the main layout of the Web-Site = OK But for Windows based OS there is no preview shown! If suddenly click in the grid - one of the preview flashes shortly to screen, then only a black frame is shown for additional clicks. PROBLEM #1: This makes it impossible to select the right layout. PROBLEM #2: Another problem pops up on step 5 (Format template): No preview for the symbol set! PROBLEM #3: If the settings for the wizard is stored in "DefaultSession" and this is chosen at the next start - the office suite hangs infinite and must be killed by task manager. PROBLEM #4: On Ubuntu and OSX - when the wizard works - all layouts based on a frame set are impossible to get completed. They are finished with a error dialog with title "LibreOffice 5.1.3.2" and the information "Error occurred during copy layout files". If the user select a simple layout - it seems to work. Tested with LibreOffice version 5.1.3.2 at OSX 10.9.5 (Mavericks) See attachment for a sample to generate a web site by assistant. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 35923] Calc - AutoFilter produces wrong display

Problem 1 - selecting Data > Filter. Both "AutoFilter" and "More Filters" use "F" as the selection character. Problem 2 - When "Standard Filter" is selected, it displays a Filter criteria panel that allows multiple rows of criteria to be entered, with different operators, fields, conditions, and values. Formerly, I could TAB to each column, and in the Values column, TAB once more to see the list of values and simple criteria, such as "Empty" or "Not Empty". [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 83360] wrong behaviour for svg:viewBox and svg:d in draw:connector
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=83360 --- Comment #8 from Armin Le Grand (CIB)--- Re-checked if the import could correc t a connector from the example files that is connected on one end and free on the other by taking the included svg:d and scaling it to start/end point. This is not possible, since the connected end has no coordinates at connector input yet- the connectors are connected at end of page loading using a helper class. This means that not all data needed to scale-correct the svg:d is given at that point - the connected point is missing. Setting the connection resets the user-defined path and the polygon - for good reason. The defining values are the connector, the svg:d is redundant, convenience information. So this can (and should not) be done - if connector functionality is wanted, the connector has to be resetted it's svg:d and be re-layoutable from that moment on. Of course it would look better/closer to the source when the correct type of connector would be used which is not the case. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 101463] New: insert HyperLink fails for selections longer than 255 chars
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101463 Bug ID: 101463 Summary: insert HyperLink fails for selections longer than 255 chars Product: LibreOffice Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Keywords: needsUXEval Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: bjoern.michael...@canonical.com Steps to reproduce: 1/ create new writer document 2/ type dt to create a long dead text 3/ select the whole paragraph 4/ use "insert Hyperlink" toolbar button 5/ type "example.com" in the URL field and close the dialog by pressing "OK" Expected behaviour: The paragraph becomes a link to example.com, the content of the paragraph stays unchanged. Actual behaviour: The paragraph becomes a link to example.com, the content of the paragraph is shortened to 255 chars. IMHO the "Further Settings"->"Text" field in the dialog should be removed from the dialog, and the "Ok"/"Apply" buttons should just use the selection instead of replacing the content. If done so, the "Insert Hyperlink" button/menu entry needs to be disable if there is no selection in the document. Note this would kill the old-style modal-only workflow of: - click "insert Hyperlink" without a selection - fill the text in the dialog - click "Ok" and have _new_ content added as link I think the "select content in document, then use the dialog to linkify" workflow is a superior replacement anyway. Still, would like UX input on this => needUXeval -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
