sorry, I don't understand what you said.

actually the autocorrect replacement table has a 566x522 pixels default size.
you can manually enlarge it's width and/or height to whatever you like.

that size change is not remembered when you close it and reload it, whilst the
position in the screen is.

the enhancement that I asked for is to remember last used size as well.

so if you enlarge it to 800x600, it should keep that size the next time you
load it.

if you change it again, let's say 1200x800, next time you load it it should
keep that size as well.

and finally if you wanna shrink it down to default 566x522, at reload it should
keep that size.

that is what i called "last used size" which is basically the same about "last
used position"... there's something in the code that keeps memory of the x,y
coordinates of the panel and reloads it in the same position where it was last
time you opened.

I hope I explained better what the enhancement request is about.

I've finally had the time to test this bug on the latest x86/32 bit daily build
(2016-10-05_02.20.01).

The good news is, everything works as expected, even on a large database set.
No more incorrect record retrieval or wrong printing status dialog. (I just
hope it's not a 64 bit exclusive bug.)

I wonder what the problem is and if it's fixed in the next minor 5.2 release
which is due at the end of this month? I'll just keep using this master build
for my mail-merging requirements until 5.3 is released which is only a few
months away anyway.

So this issue only happens with text that uses the substitution/fallback arabic
font for rendering, but doesnt happen with actual arabic fonts like Droid
Arabic Naskh, mry_KacstQurn, and KacstQurn.

Windows 7.

When I start up LibreOffice it works fine. I can use any of the File Tools Help
menus. But as soon as I click on any of the Create choices it freezes. Or when
I try to open a file.

No way to shut it down except to use Task Manager.

LibreOffice has never worked for me. I installed it because I started getting
the same problem with OpenOffice both 4.0.1 and 4.1.1 a couple of days ago.
Previously I had been using OO for many years without problems.

I have already tried deleting the profile but it makes no difference.

Test doc for non-mailmerge

I have run into this bug only after upgrading from the 4.4 branch to 5.2.

I am not using mailmerge, but am using a label template. I have 30 text boxes,
all set to center vertical content alignment. The file is saved, closed, then
opened. The top row is now top vertical content alignment.

Line spacing is not preserved for styles.

Description :
In StyleSheetTable.cxx, while setting the property "ParaInteropGrabBag" throws
an exception.
Hence rest of the properties are not set.

Implimentation :
Skip that property so that rest of the properties will not be lost.

I can confirm that this bug still exists. I'm using Writer 4.2.8.2 on a
Linux-64 machine. Whenever I save a file with vector graphics as a .docx, it
rasterizes all my images and makes the document useless. I hope that someone
can fix this soon, because it's severely impacting LibreOffice's utility for
me.

docx export: invalid sectPr added at the beginning of the doc

This reverts commit 60fa5057039d2413d56813df4d45e5cfdfbb40ac,
which was a revert of 723f772d (fix for ooo#106749) with an
alternative fix to avoid a regression (fdo#56513).

This commit contain a fix for the sectPr issue, and does not
regress on the 2 previously fixed issue.

Usually it's enough renaming/deleting the file
"user/registrymodifications.xcu",  it affects all the options in
Menu/Tools/Options, and the files "user/basic/dialog.xlc" and "scrip.xlc" are
overwritten, additionally custom colors in "user/config/standard.soc" are lost.

I have now noticed that this ticket is reported against the Writer module while
I have said in bug #86606 that I did still see this behavior in Calc. But I
think that shouldn't matter much as I assume keeping "Clear Direct Formatting"
always enabled is the wanted behavior then for every module.

consistent and as expected.
2/ somewhere in the range between
source-hash-4316e643ef345b0f673b4a03a80a4b7cb3185588 and
source-hash-ae4e4a11d4300f7448cb6bd170fcb034542caddc this breaks: From there on
the example file only reports a generic "read error".
3/ somewhere between source-hash-d3ff876f3c7f441fd72a037ed31fb973f223ca6d and
source-hash-79850f25987d12c8ee91dfd0f699a562f341bf67 the read error is fixed
and the example file can be loaded again. However it no longer works consistent
and as expected and reproduces the buggy behaviour.

So likely the best would be to fix out what broke/fixed the "read error" first
and than look in the range that is shadowed by it when the arrangement broke
with e.g. a backported fix. This bug is there at least since 4.2 (the "read
error" stuff is there much longer).

This seems to be very similar to bug 101841.

Since you see this problem in Linux, I hope we can find a way to reproduce the
bug.

BTW: there is also bug 102010, which might be related.

And please check, if you really created a new file, just in case some other bug
actually prevents writing a new output file.

Does it also happen, if you print it, for example to a PDF printer?

the 3rd problem in bug 82097 is caused by this commit in LO 5.0:

fdo#84938: convert FRMTYPE_ #defines to 'enum class'

and consequently fix bug in SwPageFrm::PreparePage where it was
comparing against the wrong #define's

as it turns out the change in SwPageFrm::PreparePage resurrected
some dead code that now formats the fields "too early" so
they get the wrong values, all the fields expand to "2004-01"
even though page 3 and page 4 update the value with variable-set fields.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. use LO version 4.1 or older unaffected by bug 82097
2. open database from bug 82097
3. open report "origine"


Actual Results:  
all the fields expand to "2004-01"

Expected Results:
even though page 3 and page 4 update the value with variable-set fields.

don't use ScDrawLayer::GetObjDataTab to get Anchor fix for fdo#59325

Seems ScDrawLayer::GetObjDataTab was used mistakenly thinking that only an
anchor
for that tab would be returned ( but actually whatever anchor is returned gets
the tab set )

Please don't report multiple bugs in a single report.
And it would be nice to see a broken minimal MM result.

I've attached a broken one myself, but this seems to have general problems with
the embedded PNG image, but otherwise is correct. I'll open a new bug report
for the PNG problem.

For an explanation of the empty pages see the duplicate bug report.

If you still get the crash on Windows 7, open a new report.

Can you try to reproduce the crash using a daily build available at
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ? More
information about daily builds can be found at:
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Testing_Daily_Builds

For this kind of work, LO has a label generator (File -> New ->Lables). No need
to seperate the numbers into columns, as you can use multiple datasets per
page. Use synchronized labels, so you just prepare one card and LO copies the
content into the others.

To make sure under ubuntu you should normally download the whole package,
unpack and run 'sudo dpkg -i *.deb'. This could/should fix any problems with

With any of the Notebookbar mode selected, on close and open the selected
Notebookbar mode is retained.

So I think behavior is correct now pending what is done for bug 90195. Of the
three MUFFIN modes for Notebookbar, just the "Tabbed" mode hides the Menus by
default--unhidden from the "ODf icon menu" -> Menubar entry.

So while the main Menus are again hidden opening a document into Notebookbar
"Tabbed" mode, I don't find this objectionable. It is consistent UI.

Indeed, I can see the artifact at the left top corner. Tested with LO 5.2.3.0+
built at home under Ubuntu 16.04 x86-64. Reproducible with the master too.

Steps to reproduce:
1/ select one or several cells; several cells if you to reproduce the
screenshot, but the artifact is visible in the case of only one cell selected
2/ right click, choose Format Cell then tab Borders
3/ click on the right bottom corner inside the cells template

Not fixed. Just to be clear with the steps, in step 3, you have to open the
document with the open button on the File tab, as this bug doesnt show up if
you use the Ctrl+O shortcut or the LibreOffice icon tab's Open... menu entry.

Description:
With an xml file downloaded from MarketScope (FXCM) the date is correct in the
cell, but the time is always listed as 12:00 A.M. It usually takes 2 attempts
to open the xml file with CALC. This works correctly with Excel.

Actually  "192.168.0."@  displaying 192.168.0.11 for a numeric value of 11 is
wrong. A text format is to be used for display only if the value to be
formatted is text. So, "x" should be displayed as 192.168.0.x but 11 should be
displayed just as 11. The CSV export is correct, but display is not. Excel and
Gnumeric also don't apply a text format to numeric content.

Yes, I downloaded and installed "2016-10-05_06.58.49/ 05-Oct-2016 10:01" and a
very brief test seems to show that the bug of losing the master slide
background image during a 'copy' operation is now *fixed*.  

Thanks for doing this -- I can now return to my standard 'easier' way of
editing my Impress presentations! :)

I await for others to confirm my findings...

FYI: if you generate synchronized labels, the next record per page forwarding
is skipped, as all labels are assumed to have a "next record" field, as all

Description:
This IPv4 address appears correctly: 2001:0DB8:5F73:0008::/61

When I edit that cell to simplify the address to 2001:DB8:5F73:8::/61 the
leading "2" character becomes corrupted and it appears as if a "3" is
transposed on top of the "2."

I am using the Liberation Sans 10 point font. If I change to the DejaVu Sans 10
font, all characters are rendered correctly.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Type 2001:0DB8:5F73:0008::/61 into a cell,
2.Simplify that address by removing the leading zeros "2001:DB8:5F73:8::/61",
3.The first character will become corrupted.

Actual Results:  
See above

Expected Results:
Characters should not become corrupted, after editing the contents of a cell.

Additional Info:
I have seen this bug in other contexts (other text), on previous Libre Office
versions and on other machines, but I never had the motivation to report it. I
merely changed the font and moved on.

Also hiding/showing the menubar wasnt insync between the two windows and then
deactivating notebookbar mode restores the menubar, toolbars and sidebar, but
doesnt hide the notebookbar in all or some windows. Should i file these as
separate bugs?
